Danny Hood is a 5th generation farmer who lives on his property “Wyoming” at Eumundi in the “green capital” of Queensland’s Sunshine Coast
Over the past two decades Danny has been following a lifelong dream of being able to make a difference in the rural community by helping to develop a unique organic input capable of replacing chemical fertilisers and associated education programs to help transition farmers to more sustainable and profitable operations.
In 1980 Danny initiated an intensive 10-year Research and Development Program that resulted in the first Global Boss product GrowTm a organic liquid fertiliser concentrate that works on all plants, trees and turf.

Terry’s career path includes over 15 years in management roles in
the mining industry and 30 years in personal development – stress management, planning, business training, coaching, business development including 8 years in Sustainable Agriculture training within Australia and Internationally.
Experience in a plethora of training modalities enables Terry to bring out the best in people and enable them to better align with and contribute effectively to the organisations in which they work.
With certification in the areas of Personal and Business Coaching, Transformational Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming Terry was part of that team rolled out the XCOM program into coal mines in the Xstrata Minning Group.
